Well at long last i am finished with this afghan- it only took me 6 months to make LOL. This is made with the afghan/Tunsian Stitch- i like the overall look- the lines are crisp and clean but i didn't love how long it took to make. On average i can make a twin size afghan in 4 days- for this one it would have taken at the very least 2 weeks if i spent all day doing it and this afghan is fairly small compared to ones i usually like making. This ended up being about a crib sized afghan. So needless to say i will be sticking with the SC graph afghans from now on- much faster. When you have a BIG family who loves receiving your personal hand made items you tend to go with whatever is fastest for you to make- but ofcourse keeping the quality and the love.

Baby Joshua Finshed with knit outfit
Well, Baby Joshua was finished on April 15th 2009, i just hadn't gotten around to making clothes for him.
Baby Joshua has dark brown hair, and is a 7" Doll from Berenguer "Mini La Newborn", he was painted to look realistic.
He has a hand knit onesie, hat, booties, and diaper (my designs- using fingering weight or sock weight yarn and US #1 knitting needles), a crochet blanket and dummy pacifier.
He has a mini manicure on all of his fingers and toes.

Last Outfit for Gloria- Crochet
Well this is a cute dress i made with Bernat Baby Softee... this yarn is thinner than regular baby yarn so i had to make up the pattern as i went a long, the white was Caron Simply soft because i didn't have the Bernat in white. If anyone would be interested in a possible pattern for size 0-3months please let me know.

Baby Gloria Arrived today
Baby Gloria was born at 1:32pm today, she weighs 4lbs 11oz, and is 21" long. She has stunning blonde hair and crystal clear blue eyes.

Baby Gloria is wearing a hand made outfit that i made for her, her delightful blanket was also hand made and embroidered with Minnie Mouse.
She is hand painted, and hair is hand rooted by myself.
I should have more pictures of this beautiful baby after i get a few more things for her.
